RAF - OBE medal group and 1947 jacket from Air Vice Marshal Neil C Olgivie Forbes , all original and in excellent condition . Medal group includes Iraq Al Rafidian medal 4th Class presented to him by the King of Iraq in 1941 for training their Air Force from 1939 to late 1941 . Mentioned in Dispatch oak leaf missing from group , spare ribbon bar in shipping box . Peaked cap is of a later date and is in very good condition , lot comes with some research . Forbe's sister was Marion Wilberforce , The Spitfire Girl . M-1807
